On October 25th, 'Death Grip Kids' was released as a limited - edition double AA 7 - inch single on 'Death Grey' vinyl. It showcases The Lovely Eggs at their most punk - rock best, full of three minutes of furious energy. The single features amazing artwork by illustrator Casey Raymond. It includes a re - release of the digital single 'Memory Man', previously unavailable on 7 - inch vinyl. 'Memory Man' offers a hypnotic, Can - like experience with David's perfect Krautrock - inspired drumming and Holly's ethereal vocals over a psychedelic soundscape. The strictly limited 7 - inch also has the band's 2005 song 'True Grit', exclusive to this vinyl. Both A - sides are from the band's 2024 album 'Eggsistentialism'. Recorded at home in Lancaster with production by Dave Fridmann of Flaming Lips, it's the band's most expansive work yet. The band will be on the final leg of their 'Eggsistentialism' tour in October, with support from 'British Birds' and 'Violet Malice'.
