Description

Last year, German thrash legends Destruction released 'Born To Perish'. This was their first record featuring Canadian drummer Randy Black and Swiss guitar virtuoso Damir Eskić, alongside long - time members Schmier and Mike. Just days after its release, they stunned the crowd at the Partysan Festival in Germany with an amazing display of real thrash. Now, to mark this event, the band is releasing a recording of that set as 'Born To Thrash – Live In Germany'. In these tough times for the live music industry, as Schmier said, 'This might help us keep the spirit, bring back joy and great memories.' 'Born To Thrash – Live In Germany' is the band's first four - piece live release since their 1989 classic 'Live Without Sense'. It retains the same fierce and raw authenticity. It's a powerful snapshot of the band's 2020 career and will let fans rediscover why they love Destruction. Formed in 1982, originally as Knight Of Demon, Destruction became one of the big four of German thrash with Kreator, Sodom, and Tankard. Their sound combines thrash and early black metal. Thanks to records like 'Infernal Overkill', 'Eternal Devastation', and 'Release From Agony', they've remained one of Europe's most influential metal bands for nearly four decades.

To enjoy this 'Born To Thrash - Live In Germany' limited etched vinyl 2LP, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently remove the vinyl from its sleeve, holding it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Place it carefully on the turntable. Set the tonearm at the start of the record and let the music play. After each use, return the vinyl to its sleeve to protect it from dust. Store it upright in a cool, dry place to prevent warping. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can damage the vinyl. If you notice any dust on the record, use a carbon fiber brush to gently clean it before playing again.
