Pavilion is thrilled to present a brand - new compilation titled Break the Glass, Burn the Cage (The Sound of Indie Punk Rock). This compilation encapsulates the essence of Indie and Punk music. Dive into the lively atmosphere of cramped, sweaty grassroots venues with the electrifying guitar riffs, catchy basslines, and powerful voices of these bands. It features top tracks from Lime Garden, SPRINTS, Lambrini Girls, Sunflower Bean, English Teacher, Dream Wife, Panic Shack, Big Joanie and more. The compilation captures the raw energy and rebellious spirit born from a deep - seated concern about the world's injustices and hatred. It's a sonic adventure through the angst, passion, fun, and freedom of 'sticking it to the Man'. Announced on International Women’s Day 2025 as a charity record, all tracks on this album have been generously donated by the bands for free. Every sale will send 100% of the profits to two charities - Brighton Women's Centre and War Child. These charities work hard to support women and girls of all ages and backgrounds, dealing with issues like domestic abuse, bereavement, homelessness, and the impact of war. Brighton Women’s Centre has been backing self - identifying women in Sussex for over 45 years, helping them overcome various challenges to lead happier lives. War Child operates in 13 countries, offering psychological support, food, water, and education to children affected by conflicts.
