Elton John's sixth studio album, 'Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The Piano Player,' hit the shelves in January 1973 via DJM Records. This iconic album features chart - topping hits like 'Crocodile Rock' and 'Daniel.' It scored a second consecutive #1 in the U.S. and was his first U.K. chart - topper. This special release is a 1LP hand - pressed on limited edition red splatter vinyl. It comes inside a clear PVC sleeve with a backing card and an obi strip. Remastered in 2017 by Bob Ludwig and cut at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Tracklist: Side 1 includes 'Daniel', 'Teacher I Need You', 'Elderberry Wine', 'Blues for Baby and Me', 'Midnight Creeper'. To use this vinyl LP, first make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently remove the vinyl from the clear PVC sleeve by holding it at the edges. Place it carefully on the turntable and set the tonearm to the starting point of the record. Enjoy the music! When you're done, lift the tonearm gently and return it to its rest position. Then, put the vinyl back into its sleeve. Be careful not to touch the playing surface of the vinyl with your fingers to avoid leaving fingerprints and dirt.
