Energy: Standard Double LP

Disclosure made a comeback in February with their brand - new 'Ecstasy' EP. They released one track a day for five days, similar to their 2018 'Moonlight' EP. This time, the 'Ecstasy' EP was a preview of their third album 'ENERGY', set to drop on August 28th via Island Records. 'ENERGY' combines a wild rhythm from a Brazilian library music album with a sample of Eric Thomas, the hip - hop preacher whose words were unforgettable in 2013's When a Fire Starts to Burn. The album features a global lineup of talented artists, including rappers for the first time. Mick Jenkins, Channel Tres, Aminé, and slowthai join the legend Common. Kelis opens the album, and Fatoumata Diawara, with whom the band has collaborated before, also makes an appearance. Cameroon’s Blick Bassy adds his unique flow, while Kehlani & Syd slow things down with their contribution. The album comes on a Double Heavyweight 180g Gatefold Black Vinyl. It has 100% eco - mix recycled FSC packaging, a printed blue inner bag made of 100% recycled and FSC board, and is shrink - wrapped in Sugar Cane material.
