Jason Williamson shares the origin of the album name: Andrew spotted 'English Tapas' on a pub menu, with items like half a scotch egg, a cup of chips, a pickle, and a mini pork pie beneath. He says it sums up the place – it's comical, makeshift, ignorant, and simply 'shit'. The tracklisting includes great songs like 'Army Nights', 'Just Like We Do', 'Moptop', and many more, offering a diverse and engaging listening experience.
