Description

This re - issued 1993 album by the Cocteau Twins has been expertly remastered by Robin Guthrie and pressed on high - quality 140g vinyl. The Cocteau Twins, formed in Grangemouth, Scotland in the late 70s, consisted of vocalist Elizabeth Fraser, guitarist Robin Guthrie, and bassist Simon Raymonde. In 1981, they added Fraser and signed to the famous indie label 4AD the next year. After Raymonde replaced Heggie in 1983, they created some of the most unique 80s music with Guthrie's chiming guitar and Fraser's distinct soprano. By the 90s, after the success of Heaven or Las Vegas, they left 4AD and joined Fontana. Their debut album for Fontana, Four - Calendar Cafe, was released in October 1993. Its delicate melodies and upbeat pop hide the group's turmoil. It was hailed as a poignant and beautiful record, reaching No 13 in the UK album chart and beloved by fans.

To use this Four - Calendar Cafe vinyl LP, simply place it on your turntable. Make sure your turntable is set up correctly and the stylus is in good condition. Gently lower the stylus onto the record at the beginning of the track you want to play. Listen and enjoy the unique sounds of the Cocteau Twins. When not in use, store the vinyl in its sleeve to protect it from dust and scratches. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid touching the playing surface of the vinyl with your fingers to prevent smudges and damage. If the record gets dirty, you can use a vinyl cleaning brush to gently remove dust.
