Clementine Creevy took her time, saying, 'I've spent these years self - reflecting, looking at my relationships, and writing about it. I'm dealing with a lot of my nonsense.' Since Creevy was in high school, Cherry Glazerr has been on the road frequently. When the pandemic hit, she embraced a stillness she'd lacked. Creevy calls the new album I Don't Want You Anymore her most personal and raw music yet. It's a set of songs about self - reckoning. This is her first production since the garage - rock debut Haxel Princess nearly a decade ago when she was a teen. Creevy describes the album as'mature,' referring to her personal growth. 'Bad Habit' starts with a vocal loop Creevy recorded at home and becomes a wild downtempo dance track without a guitar. 'Ready for You' is sung in a funky staccato, and a huge guitar riff takes over the bassline. These songs are perfect for any life moment.
