Demon Records proudly presents the very first vinyl pressing of The Durutti Column's 2009 studio album, 'Love In The Time Of Recession'. Formed in Manchester in 1978, this band was among the first to be signed by Tony Wilson to the legendary Factory Records. Led by guitarist and vocalist Vini Reilly, The Durutti Column has a cult following, with fans like Brian Eno and John Frusciante. On 'Love In The Time Of Recession', Reilly and the team keep exploring genre - blending sounds. Standout tracks include 'In Memory Of Anthony', filled with fuzzy guitar riffs as a tribute to the late Factory Records founder, and 'More Rainbows', an instrumental duet between Reilly's soaring guitar and his girlfriend Poppy Morgan's dreamy electric piano. This album comes on two 140g translucent amber vinyl records, neatly housed in printed inner sleeves.

To use this vinyl record set, first make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently remove the vinyl from the inner sleeve, holding it by the edges to avoid fingerprints.
