Nebraska is a 2013 American comedy - drama road movie. Directed by Alexander Payne and written by Bob Nelson, it stars Bruce Dern, Will Forte, June Squibb, and Bob Odenkirk. Shot in black - and - white, the story follows an old Montana man and his son on a long journey to Nebraska to claim a million - dollar sweepstakes prize. This 10th anniversary edition comes in 500 individually numbered copies on black and white marbled vinyl, with an insert of movie stills and liner notes by director Alexander Payne.
