MYSTIC 100’S, formerly known as MILK MUSIC, are an underground psychedelic rock band from Washington State. In 2010, their self - released debut 'Beyond Living' brought them global fame. Despite being hard to find information about and rarely performing live since 2013, they've won critical acclaim and have a loyal cult following. The current six - piece lineup includes Alex Coxen (guitar vocals), Dave Harris (guitar), Charles Waring (bass), Abby Dahlquist (piano/synthesizer), Joe Rutter & Travis Coster (percussion). 'On a Micro Diet' is their first new release since the 'dark witted and heavy lidded eco blues' of 2017's 'MYSTIC - 100’S'. Spanning 75 minutes, this record is a remarkable musical collection.
