Description
Quadrophenia, the sixth studio album by The Who, hit the shelves in October 1973. Often hailed as The Who's finest work, this third rock opera features iconic tracks like 'The Real Me', '5.15', and the epic 'Love Reign O’er Me'. To mark the 50th anniversary of its original release, Quadrophenia is now available on double black vinyl. The masters were expertly cut by Jon Astley at Close to the Edge and half - speed vinyl masters by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios. Here's the tracklist: Side A: 'I Am the Sea', 'The Real Me', 'Quadrophenia', 'Cut My Hair', 'The Punk and The Godfather'. Side B: 'I'm One', 'The Dirty Jobs', 'Helpless Dancer', 'Is It in My Head', 'I've Had Enough'. Side C: '5:15', 'Sea and Sand', 'Drowned', 'Bell Boy'. Side D: 'Doctor Jimmy', 'The Rock', 'Love, Reign O'er Me'.
Using this vinyl record is easy. Just place it on a turntable and use the tonearm to drop the needle gently onto the start of the track you want to play. Make sure your turntable is clean and in good working order for the best sound quality. When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface, as this can cause scratches and affect the sound. Store the record in its sleeve when not in use to protect it from dust and damage. If the record gets dirty, you can use a vinyl cleaning brush to gently remove the dust. Keep the record away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent warping.
