Description
Race The Night, the band's eighth studio album, will hit the shelves on September 15, 2023, via Fierce Panda, one of their early label homes. Since their debut on the label's 1994 Crazed And Confused compilation, the band has had 29 years of success, with 18 hit singles, seven studio albums, and countless tour dates. Race The Night is a celebration with old friends and an invitation to embrace the present. The lead single, also the album's title - track, is a super - charged anthem, setting the perfect tone for an album full of great melodies. Lead vocalist and guitarist Tim Wheeler sings, 'Before the shadows let us go, and it’s too late, to race the night', as the band chases opportunities. Wheeler says the album is about the joy of being a band again after the 2020s' chaos and seizing life's crossroads. Tracks include Race The Night, Usual Places, Reward In Mind, and more.
