Description

The Ethiopians were a super - popular Jamaican band during the late ska, rocksteady, and early reggae eras. After scoring a series of successful ska and rocksteady hits, this beloved harmony group joined forces with the legendary producer Carl ‘Sir J.J.’ Johnson. Their collaboration spawned some of the biggest reggae hits from the late 60s to early 70s, like “Everything Crash”, “What A Fire”, “Feel The Spirit”, “Hong Kong Flu” and “Woman Capture Man”. All these hits are on their 1969 album, Reggae Power. The album cover shows a photo of future Carry On Girls actress Pauline Peart. Reggae Power comes as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on gold - colored vinyl.

To use this vinyl LP, just place it on a working turntable. Make sure the turntable is clean and in good condition before playing. When you're done listening, gently lift the needle off the record to avoid scratching. Store the LP in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This will help keep the gold - colored vinyl in great shape for years to come. Also, handle the LP by the edges to prevent fingerprints and smudges on the playing surface.
