Description

Kurt Vile's Speed, Sound, Lonely KV EP was recorded and mixed over four years in sporadic sessions at The Butcher Shoppe studio in Nashville. It features five great songs, including covers of John Prine and 'Cowboy' Jack Clement, plus two original tracks. Recorded with local music heavyweights like Bobby Wood, Dave Roe, and Kenny Malone, with Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys and Matt Sweeney also involved. The highlight is a duet with the late John Prine on 'How Lucky,' which KV calls 'Probably the single most special musical moment in my life.' Vile shares a personal story about recording with Prine and performing together at the Grand Ole Opry on New Year's Eve 2020.

To enjoy this 12 - vinyl EP, simply place it on your record player and let the music play. Make sure your record player is in good working condition. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After each use, return it to its sleeve to protect it from dust. Store the EP in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality over time.
