They briefly reformed in 2016, and a new, young audience has fallen in love with their music through platforms like TikTok and Spotify. Since the 90s, apart from a 2016 Record Store Day boxset, these three albums - 'Spooky' (1992), 'Split' (1994), and 'Lovelife' (1996) - have been unavailable on vinyl. With high demand, the band collaborated with renowned engineer/producer Kevin Vanbergen. Using original ½” production tapes, he painstakingly remastered the albums into stunning 24 - bit masters, making the music sound better than ever. Album art is crucial to Lush's charm. For these re - pressings, the first two albums keep their original designs, while 'Lovelife' uses the 2016 boxset art to preserve the exclusivity of the 1996 collectible tracing paper sleeve. 'Spooky', released on January 27, 1992, was Lush's debut studio album. Produced by Robin Guthrie of Cocteau Twins, it features hit singles like 'Nothing Natural', 'For Love', and 'Superblast!'.
