Nine out of ten tracks are penned by Rod Argent, while the closing song 'The Sun Will Rise Again' is by Colin Blunstone. Rod, along with engineer Dale Hanson, produced the album, which features a small string ensemble in three tracks. Rod arranged the strings for two songs ('Different Game' and 'You Could Be My Love'), and Chris Gunning arranged the strings for 'I Want To Fly'. Gunning also created the legendary string arrangements for Colin's 1971 solo debut 'One Year'.
