Description

End, the mysterious seventh studio album by Explosions in the Sky, was sparked by darkness but turned into a powerful, dramatic exploration of life and death. The band started with the idea of an ending - be it death or the end of a relationship. Each song comes from a story or idea that the band members expanded on to create their own worlds. The album title 'End' has multiple interpretations, as the end of something can also be a new beginning. End combines the quiet restraint of the band's early releases with the sonic experimentation of their later works and their rich film - TV scoring experience, influenced by a wide range of music from classical to soul. This album continues a story arc seen in their previous album titles. The band announced 'The End Tour' this spring, hitting 26 cities worldwide in 2023 with more dates to come. They're also scoring a new TV series set to premiere in 2024. End is not their final album. Tracks include 'Ten Billion People', 'Moving On', 'Loved Ones', 'Peace Or Quiet', 'All Mountains', 'The Fight', and 'It's Never Going To Stop'.

Using this vinyl LP is easy. First, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the LP on the turntable, align the spindle with the center hole. Carefully lower the tonearm onto the record to start playing. When you're done, lift the tonearm and return it to its rest position. As for maintenance, keep the LP in its sleeve when not in use to protect it from dust and scratches. Use a record cleaning brush to remove dust before each play. Avoid touching the grooves with your fingers as the oils can damage the record. If the LP gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth to clean it gently. And always store the LP upright to prevent warping.
