In 1966, vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson put together a quartet for the classic album Happenings. With Herbie Hancock on piano, Bob Cranshaw on bass, and Joe Chambers on drums, they delivered a sublime post - bop performance. The album features captivating Hutcherson originals like the beautiful ballad 'Bouquet' and the Latin - tinged 'Rojo', along with a version of Hancock’s 'Maiden Voyage'. This Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition is in stereo, all - analog. Mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes, it's pressed on 180g vinyl at Optimal. Tracklist: Side A - 1. Aquarian Moon, 2. To enjoy this vinyl record, first, make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the record on the turntable, then lower the tonearm onto the lead - in groove. Sit back and relax as the music plays. When you're done, carefully lift the tonearm and return it to its rest. To keep the record in great shape, always handle it by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the playing surface. Store it upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Clean the record periodically with a proper vinyl cleaning brush to remove dust and debris.
