Colin MacIntyre, aka Mull Historical Society, combines words and music in his brand - new album 'In My Mind There’s A Room'. Literary giants like Ian Rankin, Nick Hornby, Jacqueline Wilson, and Liz Lochhead have written about a special room in their lives. Colin uses these words as lyrics and composes musical arrangements, resulting in a 14 - track album of personal and thought - provoking songs. It was recorded in a meaningful place for Colin, his grandfather’s flat above the bank in Tobermory, Mull, now a recording studio. The album is available on CD, vinyl, and digital formats on 21st July 2023 via Xtra Mile Recordings. Mull Historical Society will perform at this year’s Hay Festival and Borders Festival.
