Description

In the early 1970s, a nine - man group led by Benny Velarde, hailing from different parts of Mexico, Panama, Cuba, and Puerto Rico, came together in San Francisco. They combined the rich music of their homelands with the heavy sounds of San Francisco, creating this soulful and joyful 1973 recording. This Verve By Request album is pressed on 180 - gram vinyl at Third Man in Detroit. Side A features tracks like 'Sally Go Round The Roses', 'Angels Of Mercy', and more. Side B includes hits such as 'The Ghetto', 'Road Runner', and others.

To use this vinyl LP, first make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Place the record gently on the turntable, and then lower the needle onto the starting groove of the side you want to play. Listen and enjoy the unique blend of Latin and San Francisco sounds. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After use, carefully place the record back in its sleeve and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, as this can damage the vinyl.
