On December 5th, 2011, Living Room Songs will be released on CD, Vinyl, and as High - Quality Downloads via Erased Tapes. Inspired by his acclaimed Found Songs (2009), where he released a free song daily for a week, Olafur takes it further with Living Room Songs. He invites you into his living - room comfort, recording songs live and filming the whole process. The songs were immediately available as free mp3 downloads and video streams straight from his apartment. Olafur said, 'One night while playing the piano, I recorded a song on my MacBook in Photo Booth due to no phone. I loved the video's atmosphere and decided to do a song series in my living room.'
