Description

Released in 1996 during the peak of 'Britpop', this album rocketed to the no. 2 spot in the UK. It spent 92 weeks on the charts and sold over a million copies globally! 'Moseley' is named after a Birmingham area, and 'Moseley Shoals' pays homage to Muscle Shoals, the iconic soul recording studios in Alabama. The band's low - key start got a major boost from the endorsement of British pop giants Paul Weller and Noel Gallagher, and the exposure of the first single, 'The Riverboat Song', on Chris Evans' hit TV show 'TFI Friday'. Produced by Brendan Lynch, Weller’s producer at the time, it offers a rich, organic R&B sound with a distinct 60s vibe, blending elements of the Beatles, Stones, prog - rock, and psychedelia. The album also features three other top - 10 singles: 'The Day We Caught the Train' (no. 4), 'You’ve Got It Bad' (no. 7), and 'The Circle' (no. 6). It comes on two pieces of heavyweight black vinyl for outstanding sound quality.

To enjoy this vinyl LP, first, make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the vinyl on the turntable, center it, and drop the needle on the lead - in groove. Sit back and soak in the amazing sounds. When you're done, lift the needle carefully and put the record back in its sleeve. To keep it in top shape, always handle the vinyl by the edges to avoid fingerprints. Store it vertically in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. If it gets dirty, use a proper vinyl cleaning brush to gently remove dust and debris.
