Originally launched for International Women’s Day 2023, Music Against Misogyny is being re - pressed for International Women’s Day 2024 on March 8th, 2024. This charity compilation album features amazing artists like Brix Smith, Panic Shack, Sinead O’Brien, Los Bitchos, Girl Ray, and many more. It aims to raise awareness about the daily challenges women face and celebrate their achievements. It also challenges gender stereotypes and discrimination, advocating for inclusion and equality not just in the music industry. Label Two - Piers has joined hands with music distributor 'Republic of Music'. All profits from album sales will go to two great charities, Brighton Women's Centre and RISE. RISE helps people affected by domestic abuse, offering practical support from direct advice to refuge accommodation. Brighton Women’s Centre has supported self - identifying women in Sussex for over 45 years, helping women from all backgrounds deal with various issues. All artists on this album have provided their tracks for free to help these charities. The vinyl is a limited edition of 1000 copies, and the CD comes with 5 additional bonus tracks. Store both the vinyl and CD in their respective cases when not in use to protect them.
