Optical Delusion: Vinyl 2LP

In Spring 2023, the legendary electronic music duo Orbital is back with a new album, Optical Delusion. This is the Hartnoll brothers' first studio album since 2018's Monsters Exist. Recorded in Orbital's Brighton studio, the album features contributions from Sleaford Mods, Penelope Isles, Anna B Savage, The Little Pest, Dina Ipavic, Coppe, and even The Medieval Baebes. For the first single, Orbital teamed up with Sleaford Mods on the amazing and intense 'Dirty Rat'. With a powerful vocal from Jason Williamson over energetic beats, 'Dirty Rat' shows Orbital at their best. It's relevant even over 30 years after their breakthrough single 'Chime'. Like KLF or Underworld's 'Born Slippy', 'Dirty Rat' is a cross - genre and cross - generation scream.

To enjoy this 2LP vinyl album, simply place the record on your turntable and use the tonearm to drop the needle gently onto the start of the groove. Make sure your turntable is set up correctly and level. When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface. Keep the album in its sleeve when not in use to protect it from dust and scratches. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
