During the lockdown, Dot Allison and Anton Newcombe, collaborating as All Seeing Dolls, recorded this album remotely in Berlin and Scotland. Anton Newcombe produced it in Berlin, and they exchanged vocal and musical ideas, combining Dot's haunting vocals with their multi - instrumentalist skills. Dot plays guitar, ukulele, piano, and auto - harp on the album, with additional contributions from Hakon Adalsteinsson on guitar and Uri Rennert on drums.
