Kiiōtō is the musical offspring of Lou Rhodes, a Mercury-nominated singer/songwriter and founding member of Lamb, and multi-platinum songwriter and keyboardist Rohan Heath. Their album, As Dust We Rise, is a richly intuitive and curious piece of work. It's infused with a spirit of continuous exploration, drawing on the musical journeys of the duo. The songs were written and partly recorded in Lou and Rohan's home studios in London and Wiltshire, then taken to producer Simon Byrt's studio. Valerie Etienne of acid-jazz outfit Galliano also contributed. Byrt's use of analogue recording and vintage equipment gives the record a warm, organic sound, enhanced by guest musicians on live drums, strings, bass, guitar, and horns. Lou says, 'It's a record that tackles life's big themes head - on.' The tracklist includes Hem, Josephine Street, Here Comes The Flood, and more.

To enjoy this vinyl LP, simply place it on your turntable and gently drop the needle onto the groove. Make sure your turntable is clean and properly calibrated for the best sound quality. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the playing surface. After use, store the LP in its sleeve and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This will prevent warping and damage to the vinyl. Also, don't stack heavy objects on top of it. Regularly clean the record with a proper vinyl cleaning brush to maintain its sound quality over time.
