Public Image Ltd. (PiL) are excited to announce their 11th studio album, End of World, the band's first in 8 years. It will be released on August 11, 2023, via PiL Official through Cargo UK Distribution, followed by a 37 - date UK and European Tour. The songwriting and recording of End of World started in 2018 during their 40th anniversary tour. After a break, when the band got back to the studio, there was a huge burst of ideas, as Lydon said. The result is 13 of the best tracks PiL has ever crafted. Along with the album announcement, a new single, Penge, is released.
