Description

On October 25th, Icelandic indie - pop songwriter Kaktus Einarsson will drop his second album, 'Lobster Coda'. This album is a collection of lush, electronic earworms. Kaktus shares his honest story of recovering from a sudden functional neurological disorder (FND). He had to relearn motor functions while being a new father. 'Lobster Coda' features dreamy, glistening synth - pop and melancholic ambience, crafted with layers of atmospheric keys, percussion, and funky bass. Kaktus details his experience after a stress - induced non - epileptic seizure that made his brain lose communication with his body, causing loss of limb control and facial tics. He spent months on physical therapy while caring for his family. His new album is about self - reflection, listening to your body, and trusting the recovery process. Tracklist: 1. Lobster Coda 2. Daze Gold feat. School of X 3. Be This Way feat. Nanna 4. Saka 5. Heart Spell 6. Koddi 7. White Burn 8. Gumbri feat. Damon Albarn
